Kormrok has 4 abilities and one of the abilities is always empowered. AOE dmg thing, Kromog grab hands, waves to dodge and runes to step on.
Pounding is just an AOE and it never is empowered. Just a heal sustain check i think.
Grasping Hands: We stack up real tight like and AoE them down. the moment you are free you gotta spread out.
Empowered: We will move towards a puddle while grasped so kill them fast.
'fel outpouring': Waves. dodge them.
Empowered: We move to the side of the room cause dodgeing is easier.
Explosive Rune: The runes will do crazy AOE unless someone soaks it. Jump on it.
Empowered: Circle of runes spawn. When you stand on the rune it spawns a new rune in the direction you were facing. The runes must be brought together to stop spawning. fatboss explains it here https://youtu.be/-25dE5owxE0?t=297

Healers: Depending on the pounding timer we'll make a CD rotation for this. Pounding will do about 50% of everyones health.
Tanks: I think Foul Crush is the only time you MUST pop a CD. Maybe for the Swat too?
