Some notes and details for cruel>iron>dread
I did some practise on beastlord in a pug. We did cruel > iron > dread as our order. Here are a few things I noticed about the raid CDs. (perfecting timeing on raid CDs will be a must)
Tantrum/savage howl has a 25 second CD
Cruelfang does savage howl and ironcrusher does tantrum.
Beastlord learns tantrum after ironcrusher dies.
You have a window between these two mounts to restore cooldowns. You later get a window during dreadwin and faultline to restore cooldowns. The fight is roughly 11.5 minutes long with a 12 min berserk.
With cruelfang(wolf) first you have 3-4 howls before the phase ends. Wings popped 15 seconds in advance can be popped for the 1st and 4th, though an extra minor CD could be popped with it on the 4th.
The first tantrum is usually light dmg - wings will be enough and should be up just in time. After that wings should be popped with treeform or amp magic at least. Major CD rotation starts with the second tantrum straight through until dreadwing is mounted.
The sketchy moment comes when beastlord dismounts dreadwing. Dreadwing will breath at the same time or nearly the same time as tantrum. Devo/Rally would be vital here along with a major heal CD.
Assumeing no holy pally, CDs need to be carefully stretched out. Holding major CDs during dreadwing could be risky but once darmac dismounts that is the ideal time. Dont let a tantrum go without a CD after that point. You get a break to restore your CDs once faultline (new void zone mount) arrives but the heal pressure is high especially when the call the pack happens.

We tried with both 2 and 3 tanks. One of their tanks was pretty squishy so swapping to 3 did help quite a bit. The third tank has 1 job - tank the adds. Once dreadwing comes out the dead adds also explode so tanking them to the side is a must. If we have tank death issues this is viable for sure.

Externals are really helpful on this fight. Tanks can take some big spikes of damage and speared players can get a lot out of bop (or players with high stacks of bleed). Fox can be super helpful when transitioning especially when faultline comes out.
