re: Attendance Rules

We are placing stricter raiding requirements going forward.
- If you have an attendance rate lower than 85%, then your raiding spot in the guild will be placed under consideration. Depending how bad it is, you could even be G-kicked.
The reason for this is because we can't afford to have people we cannot rely on, and having to pug someone for a mythic progression boss will be tantamount to wasting an entire raid night.
- If your attendance is lower than 90%, then you could stand to lose priority on loot for a certain period of time (2 weeks), but if this keeps happening, the period will become longer and longer.
The reason for this is because we want to give loot to people that will be there to use it, better to give it to someone that would do less DPS but can actually show up to raid.
- People who are late, and people who are late and failed to place a warning ahead of time will be recieve a lateness penalty, which is not as bad as a non-attendance penalty. The degree of the penalty will be based on how late, and how far back the guild was notified that you were going to be late, as a general rule, the less late you are, and the earlier you notify the guild you are going to be late/miss raid, the better.
