Hey peoples. Its time for Highmaul! Here is what we're expecting at a minimum from our raid team:
Strats: You've looked up the details of each fight in Highmaul. We don't have time to waste a few extra wipes because one person didn't bother to do their research. When we hit I boss I'm going to assign positions on the floor, then assign positions for mechanics, then pull. I expect that you will know the mechanic already.
Gearing: At the very least we want you to have the rag helm, legendary 680 ring, and 630 gear in ever slot. If you have a profession that can gain you gear its expected that you have at least made yourself a 640 piece of gear or two from it. If you have a 630 piece that has terrible stats for you it should be replaced in dungeons as well.
Farming: We are going to be assigning farming requirements to each raider. We need a ton of supplies to meet the weekly requirements of the raid. So say we need 1900 crescent flesh (which we do). I may divide that by 12 people and that's their job, while I assign another person to get kodo meat and another to get some other form of fish flesh. Were going to need to figure out the right balance for it so farming doesn't take to long for anyone. We'll also be looting some of your herb gardens as well (fiona the follower will allow you to pick what herbs you grow and you should be able to meet the herb farm reqs in a day or two each week.) Also were looking for people with barns so if you have a barn let meggle know!
Loot: The loot system has been overhauled a bit and people will have to adjust to it. Were doing a loot council where we will consider a number of things like stat priorities and also who has already gotten gears. This is our first real loot council so bear with us - and remember that as long as someone gets loot, we all kill bosses faster.
